User Guide for Mac
Step 1: First of all you need to download "Photo Recovery Software for Mac". Once software have been downloaded you need to launch the software application in your system. In case the photographs are saved in camera or external hard drive such as SD card, XD card, USB drives. You need to attach the external hard drive or memory card to the computer system. Once this process is completed you require to open the software application. You need to click on "Data Recovery" tab after that you require to click on the "Start Scan" button. Once you click on the "Start Scan" button scanning process will begin.
Step 2: Now, you will able to see list of different drives, you need to choose the volume or the hard drive after that you need to begin the scanning process by clicking on the "Start Scan" button. In order to make recovery of selective drive recovery you need to click on the "Advanced Scan" button. This process will help you to complete recovery of the selected photo file recovery.
Step 3: Once you click on the "Advanced Scan" button the "File List" tab will show you all the file formats supported by specific digital cameras. You need to choose desired file type for recovery of the photos. After that you need to click on the "Start Scan" button in order to begin the process of scanning the corrupted photo files. This software also provides "Select Range" option in order to repair the corrupted photo files from specific media region.
Step 4: Now you need to click on the "Recover" button in order to begin the scanning process. Once the scanning process gets completed all the photos which can be recovered will be displayed in the computer screen. You can view all the recoverable photographs in the right bottom panel. In order to view the preview of the file you need to click on the specific photo. This process will generate the preview of the recoverable file.
Step 5: Now you require to choose the files which you require to repair after that you need to click on the "Recover" button in order to repair the corrupted photo file. Once you click on the "Recover" button a dialog box will be prompted on the computer screen asking you to specify the hard disk location for saving the photo files. You need to click on the "Browse" button in order to choose the path of the photo file. Once the hard disk location have been selected you require to click on the "Choose" button to store the photos in the desired hard disk location.
Step 6: Finally the process of recovery will be completed and all the recoverable photo files will be stored in the specific hard drive location. You can see the progress of saving the photo files on the bottom of the screen.
